Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace, logging in, or accessing any services provided by Haske CRM (owned and operated by Haske Technologies, headquartered solely in Kano State), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, enterprise, or general merchant operation in Nigeria, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and deactivate your accounts.

2. Eligibility & Business Verification

Haske CRM is a business software suite designed for merchants, retailers, and service providers. To use Haske CRM, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or represent a guardian-authorized generational business under strict supervision).
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration (including a valid active Nigerian telephone number).
  • Agree to local verification audits in compliance with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) rules where applicable.

3. Paystack Billing & NGN Fees

Certain packages and features of Haske CRM are billed on a recurring subscription model.

  • Currency & Pricing: All subscriptions, SMS credit add-ons, and local fees are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed via Paystack (licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria). By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your card or bank account.
  • Trial Tiers & Cancellations: Promotional free trials (such as our 14-day Starter tier trial) automatically transition to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. NCC Compliance & SMS Broadcasting Rules

Haske CRM integrates automated SMS features (via local gateways such as Termii) to help merchants send customer invoices and automated debt payment reminders. Users must strictly adhere to regulations defined by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC):

  • Spam Prohibition: You shall not use our broadcast tools to transmit unrequested marketing spam, unsolicited advertisement messages, or fraudulent loan recovery messages.
  • Do-Not-Disturb (DND) Registry: Customers registered on the NCC DND list may have SMS deliveries blocked or routed to transactional channels in accordance with local carrier policies.
  • Audit & Suspensions: Haske CRM reserves the right to review, audit, and temporarily suspend SMS messaging capabilities for any workspace flagged for unusually high delivery bounce rates or customer complaints.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties (Business Protective)

Haske CRM provides CRM, billing ledger, and voice synth utilities on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Haske Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and indemnify the provider:

  • Message Delivery: We are not responsible for telecom failures, carrier blocks, DND filters, or WhatsApp API blocks that disrupt message deliveries.
  • Debt Collection: Haske CRM provides software tools only. We do not guarantee debt recovery, are not party to customer dispute settlements, and assume zero liability for defaults or commercial losses.
  • Ledger Integrity: Users assume full responsibility for data inputs and ledger modifications. We are not liable for accidental deletions, system lockouts, or errors made by your team members.
  • Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall Haske Technologies’ aggregate liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to the provider in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Kano State Jurisdiction Only)

These Terms of Service, your access to the platform, and any relationship between you and Haske Technologies shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Kano State, Nigeria. By using Haske CRM, you explicitly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kano, Nigeria, and waive any objections to venue or convenience of forum.
