Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Paystack Billing & Currency
Haske CRM uses Paystack (fully licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria) as our exclusive gateway for processing subscription payments, recurring fees, and transactional add-ons.
- Naira Pricing: All plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN) on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) matching the option chosen at checkout.
- Card Authentication: Subscription changes require standard 3D-Secure authorization via Paystack. You authorize the provider to save billing identifiers to process future billing cycles.
2. 14-Day Free Trials
New workspaces choosing the Starter package receive a complimentary 14-day trial.
- To prevent subscription lockouts, billing is initiated automatically at the end of the 14th day.
- If you cancel your trial subscription before the end of the 14th day, no fees will be processed, and your workspace will revert to the Free tier.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Haske CRM is a digital, immediately accessible cloud software suite. Because resources (including API queries, database storage, and pre-allocated SMS broadcasting bands) are provisioned on-demand:
- Subscription Fees: All processed payments are **completely non-refundable**. We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated balances, or credits for unused portions of service months.
- SMS Credit Purchases: Fees paid for purchasing add-on SMS credits to trigger customer alerts are non-refundable and hold no monetary redeemable value.
4. Subscriptions, Upgrades & Downgrades
Workspace owners can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time directly through the platform billing configuration pages:
- Cancellation Timing: Cancellations must be triggered at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled invoice cycle to prevent automatic Paystack card charges.
- Access Retention: Upon cancellation, premium CRM tools remain fully active for your workspace until the end of the paid billing month.
- Plan Downgrades: Downgrading to the Free tier restricts seats and active customer limits. Haske Technologies is not responsible for data locked or hidden due to account tier downgrades.
5. Payment Disputes (Kano State Courts)
If you believe you have been billed in error, you must notify our Kano compliance team immediately at dev@mubarakdigital.com.
Any billing claims or payment disputes not resolved amicably must be submitted exclusively to state and federal courts located in Kano State, Nigeria.
