Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last Updated: June 25, 2026 • Head Office: Kano, Nigeria

1. NCC SMS Guidelines & Broadcast Rules

To protect the integrity of our transactional SMS integrations (such as Termii), merchants must strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

  • Sender IDs: You may only configure customized sender ID names that strictly represent your verified business name. Spoofing bank names or government agencies is criminally prosecutable.
  • Spam Prohibition: Transmitting bulk unsolicited promotional materials, betting suggestions, credit schemes, or spam broadcasts to customer contact details is strictly prohibited.
  • DND Registry: You agree to respect the NCC DND (Do-Not-Disturb) settings of your clients. Route payment reminders through standard compliant templates.

2. Debt Collection Alert Rules (Protective to Owner)

Haske CRM provides automated alerts to notify customers of outstanding ledger balances. When drafting invoice notices and credit SMS, you agree to:

  • No Harassment: Refrain from using abusive, threatening, derogatory, or defamatory language.
  • Disclosure Limitations: Do not broadcast or share a customer’s debt details with unauthorized third parties or contacts outside the customer’s file.
  • Owner Exclusions: The merchant agrees that Haske Technologies is not a collection agency, holds zero responsibility for customer disputes, and holds zero liability for claims regarding data subject harassment.

3. Workspace Credentials & Team Seat Restrictions

Each staff seat pre-allocated to your workspace is intended for use by a single employee:

  • Sharing access credentials to bypass user seat limits is prohibited.
  • Haske Technologies is not responsible for ledger edits, deletions, or data extraction caused by shared account logins.

4. Violations & Suspension Policies

Any account found violating this Acceptable Use Policy may face immediate measures:

  • Temporary suspension of SMS and WhatsApp broadcast gates.
  • Full lock of the workspace without refund if severe violations (such as credit card fraud or system exploitation) are detected.

5. Governing Law & Kano Jurisdiction

Any legal claims or venue disputes relating to account suspensions or platform acceptable use policies must be brought exclusively in the courts of Kano State, Nigeria.
